Coastal Care Physical Therapy

Clint Crawley, PT, DPT, OCS

Clint is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist with more than a decade of experience in orthopedics and sports medicine. He specializes in comprehensive orthopedic physical therapy, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injury prevention and recovery, and performance-based treatment. His advanced training includes Dry Needling certification, Graston Technique certification, and TPI certification through the Titleist Performance Institute—allowing him to provide targeted assessment and treatment for golfers and rotational athletes.

Donna McMahan, PT, DPT, NCS, cert. LSVT BIG

Donna graduated from Armstrong State University (now Georgia Southern) in 2014 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. She completed a Neurologic Physical Therapy Residency at Brooks Rehabilitation in Jacksonville, FL. Donna has extensive experience treating neurological diagnoses including stroke, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injuries, and brain injuries. She also has significant experience with vestibular and balance disorders such as benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) and peripheral neuropathy.

Laura Anneken

Care Coordinator

Laura serves as the Physical Therapy Center's Care Coordinator. She works closely with club members on scheduling, insurance and payment questions, and ensures a first-rate experience when engaging with our Oakridge Wellness Center services. Laura is often the first point of contact and helps make every interaction seamless and welcoming.
